The audit · 2 weeks · No charge

Two weeks. Four deliverables. You keep all of them.

The audit is the whole first step. Our engineers go through every system and process you run, put one report in front of the whole team, and build a mockup of the system we would actually deliver. It costs nothing, and it is yours whether you build with us or not.

Self-assessment · Two minutes

Draw your own Readiness Index.

Six questions, one per axis, answered the way an owner would. The shape you get is a first read, not the audit. The audit is where our engineers score it properly.

01 · Data maturityWhen you need this month’s revenue by product, where does it come from?
02 · Process structureHow does a new order or booking move through the business?
03 · Technology stackHow many tools does the business run, and are they connected?
04 · Team capabilityHow does your team use AI today?
05 · Commercial opportunityHow clearly can you name the one thing better data would fix?
06 · Risk & complianceWho can see customer data, and where does it live?

Answer the six questions and the shape draws itself.

Week by week

What happens, and when.

Week 1 — Access and assessment

Read access to the two or three systems that matter most. Working sessions with the people who run them, in person where we can. We map every tool, every process and the places the two disagree.

Week 2 — Report, Index and mockup

We write the report, score the six axes and build the mockup on your real workflows. It ends in a walkthrough with the whole team, clicking through it.

After — The decision

You have the report, the Index and the mockup. If there is a build worth doing, we quote it as a fixed price. If there is not, we say so.

What you receive

Four things, all yours to keep.

The assessment

Every system, process and tool in use, how the team works with each one, and where it carries the work or holds it up.

Who it is for

Owner-led. R25m–R250m. A stack that grew one purchase at a time.

If your numbers disagree across tools, if someone re-types between systems every day, if AI has been demoed but never used, this is for you.

We take on a small number at a time. The engineers who audit are the engineers who build.

Questions

About the audit.

What does the audit cost, and what is the catch?

Nothing, and there is no catch. You keep the report, the Readiness Index and the mockup whether you build with us or not. We do it because businesses that have seen the mockup usually want the build, and we would rather earn that than sell it.

How long does the audit take?

Two weeks. Week one is access and assessment; week two is the report, the Index and the mockup, ending in a walkthrough with your team.

What do we need to give you access to?

Read access to the two or three systems that matter most, usually the accounting system, the sales or e-commerce platform and whatever holds customers. We name them on the first call. Nothing is changed during the audit.

What if we do not build with you afterwards?

Then you have a report, an Index and a mockup you can take to anyone. We would rather you built the right thing with someone else than the wrong thing with us.

How do you handle our data and POPIA?

Read access only, scoped to the audit, revoked when it ends. Data we build for you lands in cloud accounts you own, in open formats.
